Applying is Easy!

Once you are ready to take the next step in obtaining financing for your business, you may be asked to provide specific information and documentation. 
 

All Loan Requests

  • EZ Personal Financial Statement (for each guarantor on the loan): 
    • This Personal Financial Statement is "EZ" because you only need to answer the questions on the second page and the rest will be calculated for you. If you have already completed a Personal Financial Statement for another financial institution within the last 60 days, we can use that. 
    • Remember to keep an electronic copy of this document! You never know when you will need it again. Plus, updating is always easier than starting over. 
  • 3 years business tax returns (of any business/real estate entity that you own 20% or more of)
  • Business Debt Schedule 
  • 3 years personal tax returns 
  • The current year Profit & Loss Statement (P&L) and Balance Sheet for any operating business or investment real estate that you are purchasing.  
 
Real Estate Purchases or Refinances 
  • Last 3 years Schedule E for the property
  • Current Rent Roll
  • Copies of current leases (if applicable)
  • Copy of Purchase and Sale Agreement (if purchase)
