CONSTRUCTION LOAN VOUCHER INFORMATION
How do vouchers work?

"Vouchers" are used to disburse funds for your construction project to
your vendors.  By paying in this manner, you have a system of controls
as you match your construction budget to the actual dollars spent for
the work completed.  Please inform your suppliers how they are com-
pensated using the voucher system.  View or print the attached
document for an overview of our voucher system.

Our inspector will visit your job site between the 1st and 10th of each month to document
completed work.  We will issue a cashier's check for each voucher at our office for only
materials or labor marked complete on the inspector's report.  The only exception allowed
is the 50% down payment frequently required for ordering cabinets and carpet.  An invoice
stating the entire cost of the materials or bid must accompany these vouchers.

We appreciate your business and look forward to working with you on your construction
project.  Thank you for choosing Timberland Bank.
